Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging included.

To start a return, contact us through our website. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
